Prevent work loss first
If the workshop opens, download a local draft backup. If the record is unreadable, keep the raw recovery file only for yourself. If another tab has changed the work, back up the version you have first. Do not clear browser data before making a backup; deleted local work cannot be restored from a server.
My workshopShare the minimum information
The page path, language, browser, steps to reproduce, and expected/actual behavior are enough. Do not send a raw JSON backup, logs, reflection notes, identity, student, or customer data. Remove personal information from screenshots.
Privacy and local storageContact the site owner
The link opens your email app with the published general Reflektif address, iletisim@reflektif.net. Put “İlkPortfolyo” in the subject and share only the minimum sanitized technical details. No message is sent automatically; your email provider’s and the recipient’s privacy policies apply. Reflektif account, payment, or counselor issues are outside İlkPortfolyo’s scope. This page does not promise a response time or support in every language.
